✓ Eligible properties include single-family homes, townhomes, condos, duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, and some manufactured homes
✓ 70% of the loan must finance eligible energy projects approved by the state of California, with the remaining 30% for other improvements
✓ You need to be financing a new project— refinances aren't eligible
