Adjustable-rate Mortgage (ARM)

If you want to pay a lower fixed-rate payment at the beginning of your home loan, an adjustable-rate mortgage may be the right loan for you. An ARM keeps your mortgage loan rate fixed for a set term and then it becomes a variable- rate loan that adjusts when interest rates change over the life of the loan. Choose from our various adjustable-rate terms, down payment and closing cost options.

  3. Excludes commission owed to buyer's agent. Rebate is awarded by Home Rewards Group, Inc. to buyers and sellers who select and use a real estate agent in the Home Rewards network. Rebate is 20% for purchase only of a residential property. Payment is credited to your benefit at the close of transaction. Using California Coast Credit Union for a mortgage loan is not a requirement to earn the rebate. Purchase price must be greater than $150,000. All rebates are subject to limitations, lender guidelines, state laws and other requirements. Certain properties may not be eligible for rebates.
